After countless days of begging my parents to take me to the city, they finally do, but instead of where I wanted to go, we went to Canal Street. So I thought, hey this would be fun because we're going to Chinatown, and then we get there and they tell me we are only here to buy fish. Although it was no Times Square, it was kinda fun, because while they went on their fish hunt, I bought myself some goodies...hehehe (both pictures were taken as we left Chinatown)
THE GOODIES
I always wanted to buy one of these shirts, so when I saw it, I bought it on impulse, later realizing it was way too big, and I was ripped off because the same type of shirts were being sold for $3 when I bought it for $5
Maneki Neko!! (Welcoming/Lucky Cat)
The lady at the store says this is supposed to be feng shui and good luck....I kind of don't believe her, but I can't help myself when I see things like this. I HAVE TO BUY THEM!!!!...lol
I'm a sucker for asian fans. I love them!!
As we were leaving I had to snap at least one good pic of the place, but now as I look at it, it turned out to be a picture of Little Italy rather than Chinatown...woops...=)
I hope we go again soon, Times Square this time =) Goodnight =) (ATLANTIC CITY TOMMOROW WOOOOT!!)
Wow...this is the most BORING summer ever!!!!! There's nothing to do but sit around at home, people are busy with volunteer or going places and I'm stuck at home =(...ah well, at least I finally got my computer back after wat..SIX MONTHS!!!....but still it's nice to have it back....now I can go watch dramas....wow...so pathetic....I have nothing else to do....but then again dramas are awesome =)
this a pretty good summer song =) (video's cool...so many things going on in it)
Finally, there's one more day until school over. Although I hate to admit it, tenth grade was pretty fun, other than the fact that there were some @$$holes in some of my classes that I will try to forget about. I've met some great people, and it's gonna be hard to see them leave, but I hope one day I'll see them again. Wow, I'm gonna be a junior next year..........i'm getting so old.......
Wow! Today was truly amazing. I would have never thought that there was a surprise party. At first I was in shock because I kept thinking we were going shopping. I actually thought that I couldn't be surprised. I was so wrong. I'll never forget this. I hope I'll always have this memory to keep and I hope I never forget this because sometimes even the most important memories fade away. H&R always. =)
