HOW TO PLAY!!

this is how this thing works.. yu make a banner of the topic i give yu and yu submit it.. i judge all the banners on due day and i will give awards.. for the participants that didn't win i will make a banner for yu guys that says participant in banner_contests yu can put it on yur xanga buh yu dun`t hav to..BUT the people who do get 1st, 2nd, 3rd prizes have to link me or atleast put the banner i give them on their xanga..
