Damn. I realize that I hate working with "absolute" and "static" positioning. So I used tables. I also got rid of that "pink/peach" color. A more blood red suits this site just fine. The banner is a bit more plain, but I wanted the banner to work with the tables more evenly. It will suffice.

Also, I deleted a lot of the links. Most of the sites listed have been shut down or abondoned. I did however, leave up the links that are still running, or still have content that is worth viewing. If I deleted you, or if you would like your link posted, just comment.

In the next few days I will delete the non-working layouts and possibly edit a few. As well, I will be adding some new ones to keep people happy.

This place is pretty much dead of layouts and comments, but I plan to get this up and running again. Brandon (blackoutFX, dark_layouts) left, so 90% of my traffic ceased.

Word.

I just noticed, the last time I edited this thing was almost a year ago to this date. Hrm.
