| Our first snow storm of the year!! And our first school closing of the year so it is officially a THREE DAY WEEK man seise ME!!!!!! And I finshed all my h/w so I can chill out. And watch movies and stuff. |

| I'm going to states!!!! I am 4th in the region in the 55 hurdles. I would have been 3rd but in the finals my lead leg hit the hurdle but THANKFULLY I didn't fall down. Everybody else did really good the only thing ESPECIALLY OUR LADY JAGS I know for sure we didn't make it back to states in is the 4 X 4 we were close though we got 5th. Sstates are February 20th and the 21st so I don't want to here anyone's excuses because we don't have school on the 20th so ya'll better be at the COmplex supporting us at States!!! |

| the thing I had on her messed up so I'll just put up a regualr entry. Everything is everything. My parents are really bugging but who's paretns don't? Regionals is Wednesday Feb 8th so hopefully I will qualify for states. This weeks' practice {wed and fri} I did really well and I was doing everything except for one that my coaches want me to do but everyhting was just great on perfect. So hopefully I'll just keep this momentum! We'll see, wish me luck!!! |

Don't demand because you are stronger.

Don't sell yourself, your family, or your ideals.
Don't stagnate.
Don't regress.
Don't live in the past. Time can't bring anything or anyone back.
Don't put your life on hold for possibly Mr/Mrs Right.
Don't throw your life away on absolutely Mr Wrong because your biological clock is ticking.
Learn a new skill.
Find a new friend.
Sometimes, there is no race to be won.
Only a price to be paid for some of life's more hasty decisions.
To terminate your loneliness, reach out to the homeless.
To feed your nurturing instincts, care for the needy.
To fulfill your parenting fantasies, get a puppy.
Don't bring another life into this world for all the wrong reasons.
To make yourself happy, pursue your passions and be the best of what you can be.
