todays bio prac was so easy but i was careless and i minused 4 m. i want to DIE, i'm always careless, and i'm running out of patience dealing with my incompetence. i feel so inadequate! even with the knowledge i have (which is almost enough) i can't cope with anything, because i overlook everything in my zeal.

today i didnt feel an extraordinary calm! i actually accidentally ripped out a corner of my answer paper. then i drew a loppy graph, and i didnt do the calculations. that was SO NOT FLY.
