| As you all know, as the owner of html_index, I was on vacation (school stress, summer actions, etc., etc.). I am incredibly sorry for the long inconvenience and I plan to update html_index as much as I can from now on.
The routines for html_index have changed. Instead of having URLs and URLs of bland and abandoned sites, I plan to activate a TOP 20s list of those who are truely here to help xanga noobs. This system is rather simple. You send your URL, I scan your xanga. The top 20s will remain top 20s for a week, top 20s will also be placed in the recent top 20s list so our fellow xangans can access them.
Please enter your html, graphics, layouts, icons, banners, etc., etc. links now!
PS: I am still deciding whether or not for the member of the week system to go on again. Please link spread the word about html_index!

| Hello xangans (or fellow vampirefreaks users)! We have a new member in html_index; her name is Naz! We've been working side-by-side, helping hopeless vf users, and now helping hopeless xangans.
