Entry into the foray, take THR33

Well, after two failed attempts of maintaining one of these, I've finally gone and created another one. Exiting the battlefields of the previous two, I've learned a great many things:

1) Emotional bitching (see: Emo-itching) are not interesting, and no one likes a whiner
2) Lists should be kept to 5 items or less, or people stop reading
3) The amount of comments you receive per post should not dictate how happy you are
4) Don't ever let your parents/authority figures discover it, or you will regret it for at least 18 months
5) Declaring your love for someone/something/actions gets you no closer in your pursuit of said person/thing/hobby

There are, of course, more, but I'm sticking to rule 2.

A lot has happened since the last time I updated what has come to be known as a 'blog'. I've graduated high school, gotten three jobs, spent more money than I made (twice), gone to my first semester of college, finished first semester of college, celebrated my nineteenth Christmas, gone through New Year's without someone to kiss, and fallen in and out of love numerous times. More importantly, several things didn't happen. Me getting any, passing with I believe are good grades, and many other things that would make me too depressed to write. I've realized that life is not about success at what you attempt, or happiness. It's about acknowledging that friendship is the greatest thing you can make, and knowing that the little things count.

As always, I enjoy comments.
