Doctors are trying to live what they preach, exercising and loosing weight.

The government is introducing a "small steps" campaign to reduce obesity.  The campaign encourages people to reduce their intake by 100 calories a day (a soda, for example) or to burn an extra hundred calories a day (take the stairs).
