| "There it goes...It is high! It is far! It is gone!!"Last night I witnessed one of the greatest Yankee games i have ever
been to. It had everything! Yankee trailing at the 9th inning, they
tied it! God provided the wet laser light show (via thunder and
lightning) that made the Seatle pictching bad enough to help the Yanks.
We saw a fan run into the field, we witnessed a 2 hour rain delay,
Yanks security ripped apart a beach ball that was keeping us
entertained...The manager for the opposing team was ejected, and the
game went into extra innings in which "the Melk-man delivered!" as
Melky Cabrera ended the 5 hour plus game (including the rain delay)
with a walk off home run that sent the 1000? 2000? (enough to fit on one 4 train haha) die hard Yankee fans home happy!

| USA 1-2 Ghanana na na na - na na na na ehhh GOODBYE!
I think its shame that the US had to leave the world cup in such a fashion. It was a bad penalty call, and it was a bit unfair. I think for the most part they played good. Im not gonna blame the coach. He has done an excellent job in the last 8 years hes made the US from the retards of World Football to contenders. And i think he should retain his job for another 8. In fact i would rather blame American expectations for the reasons the US team performed so poorly. I think many US fans and the media (especially ESPN) were expecting way too much out of the US team, and were brought back to reality. It was too much pressure, and the players were not used to it. Its a shame. But the world cup moves on...probably on its way to stay in Germany. But who knows. Go England!!
