| Michele Songs BirthdayToday is Michele's birthday. I just hope that my misery helps her find herself... and hopefully find her way back to me.
I miss her so much. Its hard to even sleep without her, hearing her voice, feeling her warmth. I'm going insane.

| Can you trust your computer? Read it and decide for yourself.
Gentoo still has a LONG way to go before I totally convert from Slackware. Article.
It seems to me that there has been a lot of Chinese and Taiwanese
actors/actoresses playing roles in movies that are based in Japan
lately. Let's think, there's "Initial D", played by an all
Chinese/Taiwanese cast. There's also "Memoirs of a Geisha",
played by a star studded cast, including supporting roles by non other
that the Keymaker from the Matrix, and the kidnapped girl from Rush
Hour as the chinese child sold in to Geisha-ism. There's plenty
more, but that's a waste of time to go through all of them.
haha, its kinda funny when you think about it... the Keymaker GETS some!!!! YEAH!!!

| So the question comes up, "What's the difference between buffers and cache?"
Here's probably the simpliest, most direct answer you're gonna get:
Cache
is typically used to store oftenly used files, they are stored there
just because there is some free RAM that can used (because RAM is much
faster than reading from the disk).
Buffers
are used by by various processes as a temporarily storage area.
Here, input and output can be stored until the process is ready to
handle it.
