I'm a little bit addicted. 6. How do you make your  layouts? » Well usually I use Paint because although its basic, its easy to use and I like to use it with most of my layouts. If i want to create something with special effects I use Adobe Photoshop. Then, I have what is called a style sheet. It is the coding needed for the layout i am making. You can obtain this code from any site that offers html help on xanga.  Then, I find a picture of hex codes. Hex codes are numbers that represent colors. So for example, if you wanted pink, that would be #ff99cc. you edit the style sheet by putting in the colors you want. Usually these colors work best if they match the colors of your banner or background. Make your text easy to read and see and make sure the colors dont blind people. You'll also need a hosting site to host any images you use in your layouts. Tinypic.com is good for that. You goto BROWSE, find the names of the images you are using in your layout, and press the submit button. Sometimes it takes a bit for the image to be uploaded on thier server. Once the page is refreshed, scroll down and you will see the first box with the image url. Do this with any images you are using in your layout, then put the banner and the background urls in your layout and you are done. Keep trying at this though, because if you are a beginner it may take you a few trys.  7. Can we be affilates? Yeah, all you have to do is leave a comment saying you want to be affilates with me. My rule about affilates is, i'll link you ONLY if you link me. I have the code for my link button on my xanga so all you have to do is put it under your affilates section on your xanga.   8. How do i put one of your images in my entries? All you have to do is right click on the one you want. Goto Properties then look for the URL of the image. Open up a new entry, press the PIC button at the top of your entry box in which you type your entry, Copy & Paste the image url in the pic box and then click OK. The image should show up in the entry box, then submit the entry & your done. 9. How do i put a banner at the top of my page? Your going to need the image code from my codes section. But first COPY & PASTE the code into the TOP of your coding in your CUSTOM HEADER under LOOK & FEEL. Next, COPY & PASTE the url of the banner you want into the image code where it says in the code to put the url. Save your new additions and your done. 10. Why doesn't  my pic show up? There is alot of times where TinyPic.com screws up with their image hosting and deletes some of their images. This is a rare occurance though, so check your coding for any mistakes or errors you may have had. Make sure that whatever image it was that you typed everything in correctly.
