  • Mobile Tasti Hits the Road

Recently, the "Mobile Tasti" van participated in the Love Heals benefit in the Hamptons.  This annual benefit was inspired by and dedicated to the memory of Alison Gertz, a young Manhattanite who died of AIDS in 1992.  For the last 15 years, 50,000 young people annually are given the message of safer sex practices through speakers’ bureaus, educational videos and lesson guides. The organization has made a footprint and continues to grow as its message of love, hope and safety in sexual practices spreads.More information on the recent event can be found here.

May 13, 2008 // Franchising.com // (Nashville, TN) Tasti D-Lite, this week, finalized its first international development agreement to open Tasti D-Lite centers in South Korea. Led by franchising veteran Jim Amos, Tasti D-Lite has begun its expansion from New York throughout the United States and now, around the world.

The first international Tasti D-Lite master franchise agreement was signed with Coffee Bean Korea Co., Ltd. The first centers in South Korea will likely open this summer. A dedicated management team for Tasti D-Lite Korea has already been assembled and will be trained in New York this May.

"South Korea is the prime place for Tasti D-Lite’s premiere international expansion," says Coffee Bean Korea Co. Ltd President Simon Park. "Our team is thrilled to be bringing Tasti D-Lite to South Korea and we look forward to a long and rewarding partnership with the Tasti D-Lite brand."
