Choir Concert~ On Wings of Song; 28 June 08
(as requested by Grace, HAHA. that's why it's so late)

I CANT REMEMBER EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED (duh it was how long ago!) but I'll try my best (:
had art class that morning, then I rushed to church for youth sunday rehearsal, then mrt-ed to dhoby to meet Grace at plaza

walked to cathay in the RIGHT direction -wow!!! HAHA (thanks to my great sense of direction magnificent guessing ability) (we're horrible at directions,HAHA) went to woodwould! This shop Grace somehow found & it's sooooooooooooooooooo niceeeeeeeeee :D:D:D:D everything there is so cute/ cool/ aesthetically-appealing~
bought a super cool notebook & other stuff. met nat after that and had billy bombers! my jumbo hotdog was massive.

but i finished it in the end! i think it was the bread that made it look bigger.

waited for Sarah to come (SHE WAS LATE! hahaha)
sat behind nicole lee & her friends:D
she brought 2 guys along with amelia&chelsea and OH GOSH one of the guys was SO IRRITATING i wanted to slap him and grace wanted to behead him HAHAHA. but in the end we worked something out during the interval

the performance was pretty boring at the start actually. but after the interval it got more interesting. I'm just sad that there wasn't any musical this year :\

got a ride home from nat's dad after that, thanks nat! your dad's quite funny HAHA

Lit lesson was extremely funny & interesting :D aw, i think ms Seow was really touched by her dear co girls.

Had firelighting after school
the whole of the first batch being tested (which i was in..) FAILED.
oh gosh, HAHA. i kind of expected to fail though
but i had made & mantained a fire! (+used exactly 3 matches, no more than that)

decided to drop by the art room to see if my group for italy was still there afterwards
Lo&Behold, they were! &&&&&&& our table was looking FABULOUS
&our dress was done too! woohooooooo
felt so horrible though, 'cause I didn't do anything. &I COULD HAVE instead of going to fail firelighting. eeeeeeuuyyrgh

Yesterday

Ndp prac in school was rather funny. hahaha

later met christopher at the youthphoria booth at the FMSS funfairrrrrrr yesterday then we headed to the sec side & met the tan sisters + russell (he's a tan too HAHA) + rudy!

met a lot of other people along the way, went along with them, left other people somewhere else, went along with other people and blah blah blah. basically i spent my time there with quite a few people

had a fun time there buying&drinking&buying&eating&buying&drinking&buying&eating somemore!

minyi/maegan & kevin went up to the stage to represent youthphoria and played a few songs too. Minyi's voice is SO POWERFUL-- everyone must listen to her sing!. and Kevin's hair is SO COOL-- everyone must see the right side of his head! 

after i got home, nothing much happened

oh but apparently there was an ambulance that drove into the school after everyone (almost everyone) was gone. Don't know what happened. Christopher & yuliang went to check it out though. forgot to ask them what happened, HAHA. oh well~

OKAY I'M GETTING LAZY TO TYPE MORE AND I HAVE.. a lot of things to do now.

Oh gosh it was awesomeeeeeeeeeee :D k I know i'm a day late, it was yesterday, but YES. it was really really really a huge success! GREAT JOB TO EVERYONE IN BOART & especially our dear youth sunday i/cs CHRIS&AMY :D they did a great job, especially since they had less time for everything as compared to last year. &I think diana did a great job with the publicity! she's so meant to be in creative comms, HAHA. &&&&&&&&&& ERIC AND MINYI(.meagan/ maegen/ maegan/ meagan) WERE TOTALLY AWESOME. especially for Glorious. Love their voices :) & Thank you Lord for making this whooooooole thing possible! I hope you enojyed it :D

It was reeeeally cool! I love HappyDay :D everyone was really great, especially shuzhen for still soin git though she wasnt feeling well. they had colour coordination too! HAHA

YOU GUYS WERE GREAT. SERIOUSLY, Maverick, Janell, Rudy, Fay, Kevin & Alan! :D the whole thing is soooooo super cool, lots of depth and 'hidden meanings' i think, HAHA. loved it :D

oh and maverick, hahhahahah you know, everytime at the end of the mime when you go down on your knees and spread your arms wide open, i dont know why but i always started smiling, maybe God was really happy which made me happy :DDDDD

when some people told me they didnt really get the mime, i was quite.. surprised. I thought it was so easy to understand! so now i'm starting to think i dont fully understand it. Oh dear, hahahaha

OKAY YOU PEOPLE LIKE GRACE&NAT CAN STOP LAUGHING AT ME NOW. such supportive friends i have :) HAHA.
anyway, i think it really went well! better than expected. Guess it's 'cause we had our accompaniment. if not we wouldve started on the wrong note again HAHAHA. was great to get to know the "older youths" better :D they're all so nice & funny, HAHAHA. especially during practices :D
& I (actuallyyy) like the chinese song, Young gan chu qu, it's so nice! :D HAHA first time i like something chinese, it's a miracle.
Let's see if i can name the whole choir!

it was quite interesting going for all 3 services. never ever did that before. Last year we didn't go for the chinese service. but i think it was a really good idea to this year :) hope they enjoyed it!
hahahaha oh man, we all listened to the same sermon 3 times (twice in english, once in chinese!), HAHA.
OH and the brownies were SO GOOD. i love wscs :D HAHA
OH and i'm very happy reuben and rachel came :D woohoo!
ohhhhh, and, oh shucks, haha i feel so bad. when i saw (sec3)sheena from the choir pews i decided i'd go say hi during share the peace THEN I FORGOT. shuuuuuuucks. okay, maybe next week i'll sit the other side, HAHA

Found my super cool ZO cards from my dad earlier today. Love themmmmm, they're so cool 8D Stuck them all (except one) on my bedroom door and I love my door now :D :D :D will post up a picture if possible one day (JUNE'S ENDING,MEANS I CAN POST PICTURES UP AGAIN IN JULY:D) (but ew,the holidays are ending even earlier. TODAY. I don't wanna go back to school at all)

anyway i realise i haven't really blogged about stuff. hahaha

have been going back to school for iTrip exhibition/arts fect thing stuff. our table's the coolest i tell you 8D! On thursday i had service learning cip with my pw group. brought the Good Sheperd Centre kids (pri1-6) to Farmart (which is pretty ulu to me. HAHA)! They are SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO CUTE. especially this little pri1 girl, SUPER ADORABLE. she came up to hug me for no reason, Awwwww. apparently she does that to every volunteer. she's seriously too adorable :D

anyway, the kids.. kinda had fun i guess. but some of them in my appointed group didnt but WHATEVER:D the group leader had attitude problems la, HAHAHA. it was very funny 'cause the group members always rolled their eyes at her, HAHAHA, so primary school. but anyway i kinda had fun there with the kids!

OH YEAH, on te bus there and back was a nice experience. Especially when we were going there. the kids (actually all were girls except for one small boy. HAHAHAHA) started singing all kinds of christian songs (eng & chi), i was pleasantly surprised when they did :D wow i love them! I wanna go back to good sheperddddd!

when we were leaving, they all came to say bye to us :D and this cute little malay girl hugged me goodbye, awwwww :D:D:D

OOOOOHHHHH, and there was this little girl called sandra and apparently she looks like me? HAHA. i don't know, msFun (the person in charge) said she always thought of sandra when she looked at me, HAHA. took a picture with her :D  she asked me first. HAHAHA so cute

on friday, was late for guides leadership meeting. HAHA. oops. Yesterday, was late for the walkathon thing, HAHA.

I see a bright future for me as a leader. oh goodness I'm dead!!!!!!!!!! X_X

It's so weirddddddddddddddddd, i don't feel up to this, I'm reeeeaaaally wondering why i even said yes ._. but what's done is done, I'm leaving it to God :D

yesterday was quite unproductive.

but illumito (or something like that --- the acjc J2 dep pieces, 5 groups in total) was really good! :D the most massive woman was super funny HAHA. someone should have been there to watch it.........

ANYWAY, yesterday was pretty fun, HAHA.

today the iTrip stuff was quite interesting(; we spray painted! BUT IT STANK LIKE CRAZY, SO DISGUSTINGGG. And when we sprayed too much, tumors/pimples appeared! HAHAHAHHA

Had tuition at 1pm, kept falling asleep, it was tortureeeeeeeeee. but for the last half hour, i ate an apple. Apples are so much more exciting than partial fractions. I should ask my mum to get a truckload of apples just for me when I have tuition. It really helps, you should try it too :) &sorry Janell+Fay! Hope you had fun at YeoPalace

and by the way, it wasn't done by me at all, it's all Janniza, so don't come to me and tell me it's great, go to the artist! but apparently she isn't going to be there on that day..... -_- SIGH, JANNIZA. she's such a busy girl. but I really thank God for this wonderful girl(: without her I'd be .. yes okay I don't know what I'd be. I'd be nothing 'cause I didn't come up with anything so yes!
