ok i shall update!

ytd and today was physics and maths. didnt study much for both, so i can expect wad my results would be. ytd and today was also training! memorable training! k yesterday did some drills den played match with jc. got owned then we did mass pumping and sprinting halfway, haha then continue after that! and we had 7 people while jcs had like 10. so we got owned again, and kerwei gave 45mins talk. k so now i understand, centreman sure get punched sinked kicked whacked, so yeah, mus tahan next time.

then today! first part still alrite, then suddenly we get tekan-ed. hold pushup position for like damn long. hold till everyone hands shaking.  then jordan damn sad case, get pumped 40 cause we not ready. now my wrist injured even more severely! then in the match, i scored 1 ! backshot in the centre den somehow score, dam sian. davin keep owning me and i was already so tired. then after that the team talk, kerwei spam darzen/tarzen/doesnt. lol but it was serious talk so i didnt laugh or wad. now must train hard! youth day on monday and pday on tuesday! slack ftw!

wah sian, it rained. played tennis for only like 30mins or so den rain zzz. and tonite, germany shall win. if spain win then singapore will entire world cup in 2016! the match is at 2.45 wtf. means will end at about 5 or 6, so means cannot sleep. means tml sleep in class. means tuesday cannot go training, cause very tired. and have that dumb physics test on thursday. freak la, why do we need to test everything we have been tested before, its really stupid zz.

and i dont look forward to training, must score 5 centreman goals to be effective, in kerwei terms, it means just ok-ok. and its against jc somemore, really can score 5 sia. if can i shud join national team now and stop studying already.

i shall go and play, because its no good to study too much.

yesterday's training was very enriching and fulfilling. i brought back 6 scratches and a sprained elbow. and in the match against jcs, i got kicked on the head and punched by wenyuan, and get whacked alot for no reason. actually theres a reason, kerwei dont give them sack/foul, so they very pissed and vent their anger. my elbow sprained cause davin dont know do wad in centreback. and now, my hands aching from ytd's gym.

then team talks and private talks, all the same la. wadever you say is wrong, wadever coach say is right. very used to it alr. so i going to train my arms like coach say, so i can flap them and fly when the defender press me.

training ended real late. and i am home real late. and i need to study.

and i feel sad for leonard. dont know wad happened to him, just hope he recover soon. but anyway we will win next year. even though our coach makes us do stupid stuff. hope leonard can recover by then, win with us.  after he talk to us, i no mood blog things alr, like something very serious gonna happen or sth.

wooha its alr 9 o clock! i just came home, ate dinner, bathed, and its 9 ! maybe i slacked awhile in between, but its really freaking late. annd i feel very shag now, walao training was wtf zzz. damn damn tired. eyes tired and pain, body no strength. and my feet are very sexy now, the skin peeled off, and the heel and other parts damn pain when i walk. because of.........?     TRAINING!

ah but i think everyone suffered the same fate, jus that mine maybe abit bad. so today, released 10mins early after last lesson, so i decided to go eat lunch instead of chionging down to training first. later die of gastrict. then when i reach t pool, i heard kerwei shout: GO RUN 10 MORE ROUNDS WITH THE WEIGHTS.  k this got me excited! so i ran real fast to the toilet and changed real fast! then after that we stretched while waiting for them to run finish. haha their poor feet!

aiya but after that also same. we did situps with medicine ball / weights, then we do commando pushups/squats with medball/weights. non-stop sommore. then some sec1 nvr do properly, so we went RUNNING! yay! my flat feet + the freaking ground. wad to do, jus run lo. then the track people were swimming while we were runing. very ironic. then after 10 rounds, we continue the commandos/squats! then abit later, run again...... wtf la. then those other people sad case, run 40 rounds.

the fun was not over, we jumped into the pool and used weights and tread water for 15mins. then i got do hands straigten also, since it was not that tiring, compared to the pain we suffered before that. then medicine ball passing, then blahblahblah. then come home so late, and my feet the pain. unbearable. everywhere pain, then one portion peeled off. yay! i'm looking forward to next training. damn excited!
